This privacy policy applies to the Bloom app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Dawnshard Software, LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application is designed with privacy as a core principle. All of your personal data — including habits, journal entries, affirmations, mood tracking, and progress — is stored exclusively on your device. The Service Provider does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal content on external servers.
The Application does not collect any personally identifiable information. No account creation, email address, phone number, or login is required to use the Application.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application utilizes the following third-party service solely for processing in-app subscription purchases:
No other third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking tools are used by the Application.
The Service Provider may disclose information:
All user data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Your data is protected by your device's built-in encryption and security features. The Service Provider has no access to your data and cannot retrieve it.
If you delete the Application, all locally stored data will be permanently removed from your device.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, the Service Provider does not retain any user data. You have full control over your data and can delete it at any time through the Application's "Reset Journey" feature in Settings, or by uninstalling the Application.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (info@dawnshardsoftware.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Since the Application stores all data locally on your device and does not transmit personal data to external servers, your information is protected by your device's own security measures, including encryption and passcode/biometric protection.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
